Best Lighting Products (BLP) is committed to providing you with safe, quality products that meet your lighting needs. We are requesting all customers to stop the sale of and quarantine the following BLP Model LEDFHB High Bay Fixtures:
If you have these products installed at your location, please read the following carefully and follow the instructions to register your fixtures for repair.
Recall Details
Description: This recall involves LED High Bay series of light fixtures used indoors in commercial applications with high ceilings such as warehouses and commercial bays. The fixtures are painted white metal and measure from 2-4 feet long by 1-1.5 feet wide, with or without a plastic diffuser lens (cover). Only fixtures manufactured from May 22, 2017, to February 22, 2024 are included in this recall. Product model numbers and date codes are identified on a “LED Luminaire” label attached to the top of the fixture housing. The date code is in ww/yy format.

Hazard: Plastic pins securing the LED board can degrade, allowing the energized LED board to come loose and contact the lens or combustible materials, posing a fire hazard.
Remedy: Repair
Consumers should immediately inspect the fixture for any sign of pin degradation, a loose LED board or discoloration of the lens. Consumers should immediately stop using light fixtures that show any sign of a loose LED board or discoloration of the lens and turn the circuit off.
